Apply to be one of a select group of 150 students from across the globe who complete an 8-week research project with faculty members at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Research placements are available across most disciplines and interests, including arts and humanities, physical and life sciences, law, social science, and more.
You’ll work with a small group of Frederick Honors Students and a Queen’s University Belfast faculty member to research, compile, and offer recommendations to help address challenges and needs of a community organization in Belfast. This experience is unique in that it combines research, consulting, professional experience, and community engaged learning.

King’s College Hospital is one of the premier hospitals in London and offers you the ability to work full-time alongside practitioners, administrators, and quality improvement teams. Intended for upper-division students on a pre-health track, you’ll build professional experience in an ethical and supportive environment. This program is offered for 8 weeks in the summer or during the semester as a part of a gap year.
Join Professor Oronde Shariff and the West African Research Center for four weeks to study Senegalese culture while you conduct faculty-led research projects. With a primary focus on agriculture, women’s empowerment, and development, you will have the opportunity to situate your own academic exploration within the language and culture of Dakar.
