Kelly Delpino is a communications and psychology graduate from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in management at Pitt's School of Business. She has built experience in leadership and student engagement through roles as a resident assistant, oral communications coach, and social media manager, where she developed skills in mentoring, event planning, and digital outreach. Kelly is passionate about creating inclusive spaces, connecting with others, and bringing ideas into action. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she is eager to apply her background in communication and management as she explores opportunities across the business world.
