Jennifer Marasco-Kuhn

Development Associate

Jen started at the University of Pittsburgh in September 2022 at the Swanson School of Engineering as an office coordinator supporting the Philanthropic and Alumni Engagement office. She transitioned to her new 50/50 role of development associate with the Frederick Honors College and Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) in July of 2023. Jen’s responsibilities will be to plan and implement a comprehensive stewardship plan and provide timely gift acknowledgments; coordinate annual giving fundraising efforts; and assist with communications and logistics for alumni / donor activities and events.

Jen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degrees from Saint Francis University. She also obtained her master’s degree from the School of Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh. She has worked in the non-profit world for over 10 years providing geriatric care management and programmatic support to various healthcare agencies. During her career, she has been on numerous committees focused on development activities, event planning and community organizing.

During her personal time, Jen likes to spend time with her husband, two young daughters and their dog, Lager. She enjoys volunteering her time for different causes, gardening, listening to books and podcasts, hiking, karaoke and attending community events. She is a Parent Ambassador for the Dravet Syndrome Foundation, PTO member and Parent Lead for her daughter’s school and dance program.
