The German Chancellor Fellowship Program provides recent university graduates with the financial support to spend a year in Germany pursuing research-based, self-developed projects at host institutions. Projects should be of social significance; have a long-term, publicly visible impact; and be in fields such as politics, public administration, media, business, economics, society, or culture. German language knowledge is NOT required. Applicants must be a national of the United States, the Russian Federation, the People’s Republic of China, Brazil, or India.

- Erasmus Mundus

Erasmus Mundus is a two-year scholarship for all disciplines of master's-level graduate study funded by the European Union. Students receive a master's from a European “Co-ordinator University” while also spending semesters at other universities in the European Union and beyond. These Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters are distinguished by their academic excellence and by their high level of integration. Students at from all over the world can apply.
