Dr. Ron Idoko is the Director of the Office of Social Innovation at the University of Pittsburgh's David C. Frederick Honors College, where he guides students in designing bold, evidence-informed responses to complex social challenges. Grounded in a belief that lasting change begins when we build our capacities to think and act systemically, he is also the Founding Director of the Racial Equity Consciousness Institute (RECI), Associate Director of the Center on Race and Social Problems, and a Research Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work. A proud three-time Pitt graduate, he develops community-engaged initiatives that bring students and the greater Pittsburgh community together in dialogue and action.
