With over 35 years in administration and health care management, including 19 years in higher education, Diane Bova brings a strategic, operations-focused approach to institutional leadership at the David C. Frederick Honors College — grounded in academic excellence, efficiency, and inclusive leadership.
Diane has a track record of leading cross-functional teams, developing long-term strategic plans, and streamlining administrative processes that support sustainable organizational growth.
Outside of work, Diane enjoys reading and traveling the country with her husband Paul, and their dog, Lucy, in their motorhome.
